How to book a private jet step by step?

Step 1. First, contact us. We are available by phone, email or WhatsApp. You choose the most convenient way to contact us. We can provide an estimated private jet flight price over the phone based on your route. However, this is only a guide to help you estimate your budget. The exact price depends on many variables, so we always ask for additional details: the exact departure and arrival airports, preferred departure date and time, the exact number of passengers (including the ages of children and infants, if traveling) and the estimated amount and weight of luggage. If you have a preference for a specific aircraft model, we'd also appreciate your feedback.

Step 2. Based on the information you provide, we prepare a detailed price estimate for several specific aircraft models available on your selected date, along with any additional costs. We send this estimate in PDF format via email or WhatsApp. We are available at any time to discuss the differences between the aircraft models, confirm whether your luggage will fit in the hold and answer any questions.

Step 3. You choose the aircraft model that best suits your budget and preferences and inform us of your decision.

Step 4. Our team prepares a short private jet charter agreement, which we send along with a proforma invoice or payment link. After signing the agreement and paying all or part of the charter price (depending on the flight date), we confirm your aircraft reservation.

Step 5. Before the flight, we request the ID details of all passengers and information about any food allergies or special flight requests. We can fulfill any additional request, such as: special catering (gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, kosher, halal, etc.), flowers on board, gifts for passengers, a cake for a special occasion, champagne on arrival or transfers from your home to the airport or from the airport to your hotel.
